Sacha Delabre transforms glass into a unique artistic experience.
Born in the French Alps, he discovered his passion for glass after exploring woodworking and ceramics, and then working alongside skilled glassmakers internationally. Inspired by Venetian glass and contemporary art, Sacha blends traditional techniques with bold creativity to bring surprising pieces to life. His works poetic, playful, and unexpected invite us to see and feel glass in an entirely new way.
Sacha’s glass work is driven by a curiosity that bridges pop art, street art, nature, and science. Drawing from these diverse influences, Sacha creates sculptural works that explore contrast, experimentation, and transformation. Nature offers references ranging from microscopic structures to flowing landscapes and patterns, while science informs processes of observation and discovery. These elements are filtered through a contemporary visual culture shaped by the bold immediacy of pop and street art. Rather than adhering to a single aesthetic, each sculpture develops its own visual language, allowing the work to shift fluidly in scale, color, and form.
